Country singer Randy Travis was arrested Tuesday night for driving under the influence and later charged with "retaliation and obstruction" for reportedly threatening to shoot and kill the arresting state troopers.
A local attorney showed up at the jail to offer his services — and a hat to shield Travis' face from reporters — and an area fan paid Travis' $21500 cash bond.
